I currently offer an Adolescent Social Skills Group on Tuesday Evenings and an Adult Social Anxiety and Social Isolation group on Thursday Evenings. Both of these groups utilize Dungeons and Dragons as a tool for helping bring the group together and to facilitate therapeutic experiences to develop confidence in social skills, instill a since of teamwork, and to practice leadership and problem solving skills while having fun.
I also offer a group on Saturday Mornings for men called Brotherhood Against Depression, Anxiety, and Situational Stress where you can learn how to be a BADASS over the course of 10 weeks with the practice of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy skills. Coffee and donuts are provided for this group, as well as a copy of The Happiness Trap by Russ Harris, MD.
All groups are $40 per session or $35 per session if paid upfront for 10 sessions. Group therapy clients who are seeing myself or who are seeing another psychotherapist for individual treatment will also receive the reduced rate of $35 per session.
